Today’s post will feature one of the UK’s most successful and independent fashion brands with global recognition Jenny Packham. Including a preview of her 2017 bridal collection, that was released earlier this year. I am personally a big fan of Jenny’s designs, having previously purchased two gowns from her 2015 collection, I can truthfully say that the handmade sequence, and material used are of outstanding quality. On my wedding day I chose a bridal head-piece from her 2016 collection which I will be featuring soon.
Launched in 1988, Packham’s distinctive signature style has contributed to revolutionise the bridal industry, introducing a contemporary approach to design and styling. The eponymous label now comprises ready-to-wear, resort, bridal, accessories and lingerie collections. Packham’s designs are worn by the most iconic, talented and influential women of our generation including: Taylor Swift, Uma Thurman, Angelina Jolie, Emily Blunt, Kate Winslet, Dita von Teese, Kate Hudson, Oscar winner Adele Adkins and The Duchess of Cambridge.
Jenny Packham debuted her 2017 Bridal Collection at the New York Bridal Fashion week with an intimate Barn Dance themed presentation which reflected the inspiration of the collection; set on the plains of the Midwest and inspired by the afterglow of a wild night. What I love most about her new collection is the diversity in colour with blush pink gowns, as well as the pastel green shades. This remarkable collection has a style and design to fit every brides needs.
Jenny Packham has flagship stores and showrooms in London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong. The collections are available at the world’s most discerning stores: Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Neiman Marcus, Selfridges and Bergdorf Goodman.
I am totally crushing over all these beautiful designs, but if I had to choose one I’d probably be bias and choose ‘Lara’. Let us know which is your favourite by leaving a comment below, don’t be shy.
