Today’s post will feature the real wedding of Jeremy Lewis & Renee DeMaet on the 21st of May 2016, photographed by the talented Miranda Lynn
Mr. & Mrs. Lewis met through an online dating site (Plenty of Fish) in November 2012, a match made in heaven as they both had many interests in common; camping, concerts, traveling, and their mutual love of family. Renee made a big decision to change her lifestyle, and lost a remarkable 220lbs, throughout it all Jeremy was her number one support system, their relationship and love grew stronger than ever. In June 2015 during Renee’s 30th Birthday party, Jeremy added sparkle to the evening by proposing in front of all their nearest and dearest.
There are so many aspects of this wedding that I fell in love with, the creative decor ideas used are truly inspiring, Miranda was able to capture the fun-filled moments between the bridesmaids, and groomsmen, and of course the love Mr. & Mrs. Lewis have for one another.
I would say my favorite parts of the wedding day were spending time with my mom, sisters, and friends getting ready in the morning, and seeing Jeremy’s face for the first time as I walked into the church. – Renee
Rings – Osterman Jewelers (Bride’s – Neil Lane Bridal Set)
The main colour theme was Lilac and Grey, two beautiful shades that work remarkably well together. The centerpieces were designed by the mother of the bride and family, the table numbers were marked by two childhood photographs of Jeremy and Renee. The brides bouquet was a combination of peonies, roses, and pearls.
Reception Centerpieces – Mom, Bride, and friends made them, flower farm in Holland MI
Cake – Mary’s Creative Cakery in Saginaw, MI
Flowers (Bouquets, Corsages, Boutonnieres and Ceremony Flowers) – Ryers Flowers in Munger, MI
I am totally in love with the decor (not only because it’s my favourite color), but the fact that each aspect of their wedding added sentimental value to the couple, from the family wedding portrait table to the customised guest book.

I would like to thank Miranda Lynn for the magnificent photos, as well as the lovely couple Mr. & Mrs. Lewis for sharing their inspirational special day with us, I wish you both a lifetime full of happiness.
